The Communications Specialist prepares and delivers external client-facing communications, including but not limited to: announcements, system updates, software updates, and features.

Your Role:
  • Orchestrate and send mass communication campaigns utilizing an email automation system and/or in-application communication platforms to message customer segments on important company and software updates.
  • Provide minor production expertise using Adobe Creative Suite products (or similar) including image sizing and customization in Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Ability to apply graphic content for use in various digital formats
  • Write compelling communications and explain technical concepts and documentation.
  • Provide content support to internal teams when necessary.
  • Coordinate with others in response to competing demands to ensure work is completed in a timely manner.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar - highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience drafting and editing content for sending mass communications required.
  • Prior experience building and sending email campaigns and working on content management platforms such as WordPress, Salesforce Communities, or other online forums.
  • Understand Corporate Communications and Digital Content Marketing principles.
  • Demonstrate prowess/flexibility for a variety of digital content channels and use of CRM platforms - Salesforce preferred
  • Attention to detail and time management skills required.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools such as Asana & JIRA, or the like
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare is a plus.
