Equipment Outside Sales Representative – Fort Worth, TX

$50,000 Base | Uncapped Commission | Auto & Cell Allowance

Barnsco Texas is hiring an Equipment Outside Sales Representative to grow our Fort Worth / Tarrant County market. This is a field-based role for a motivated sales professional who knows construction, values face-to-face relationships, and wants uncapped earning potential .

What You’ll Do in the Fort Worth Market

• Sell new and used construction equipment across Fort Worth, Tarrant County, and surrounding areas
• Build relationships with contractors, concrete professionals, and jobsite decision-makers
• Prospect new business through field visits, cold calling, and referrals
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close equipment sales
• Manage accounts from initial contact through delivery and follow-up
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Conduct on-site equipment demonstrations and inspections
• Attend local trade shows, sales meetings, and vendor training

What We’re Looking For

• Outside sales experience (construction equipment or related industry preferred)
• Knowledge of construction jobsites, equipment, or concrete industry is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Professional, customer-focused approach
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
