Our client, a leading organization in the energy and power industry, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Engineering department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: DOE

What's the Job?

• Lead technical project management efforts for complex power generation projects.
• Coordinate engineering activities and resolve critical technical issues across multiple teams.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between customers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Review contract documentation and communicate project requirements effectively to all stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and delivery.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Engineering, Design Engineering, or Field Engineering in Construction
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 10-15% as required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
