The Client
Our client is a family owned and ran contractor based in Central Philadelphia. They are perfectionists and pride themselves on the quality of their work. Currently booked out with projects until the end of 2026 and are continuously on-boarding more work, they are expanding their team and are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to be a part of an amazing company culture. Their work spans all throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
The Projects
The bulk of their work is within residential construction. They have made a name for themselves delivering both high quality custom-home renovations and additions as well as building quality homes from the ground-up.
The Role
We need an enthusiastic self-starter who can drive projects and be a leader from start to finish. The ideal candidate must have experience with full home remodeling, kitchen, bathroom, outdoor living, and home exterior. Strong knowledge of all trades is seen as a major bonus. A mixed background of residential and commercial construction is also welcomed as the business continues to expand, more commercial projects are in the pipeline.
