What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 5+ years of experience in ground-up commercial construction
🔹 Strong background in K-12, healthcare, or institutional sectors
🔹 OSHA 30 certification
🔹 Steady work history — you’re not jumping job to job
🔹 Confident communicator and skilled problem solver
🔹 Able to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and schedules
