The Role:

As Superintendent, you’ll play a critical role in the on-site execution of ground-up projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You’ll lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and work closely with the Project Manager to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations for ground-up commercial projects
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, site staff, and schedules
• Ensure adherence to project plans, safety standards, and quality expectations
• Communicate regularly with clients, architects, and the internal project team
• Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects
• Proven track record with K-12, healthcare, religious, or higher education builds
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to manage schedules and solve problems proactively
