Copier Operator .

Job Summary: Our Printer and Copier Operator works closely with customers and our sales team, providing support with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibility Overview: - Produce copy and print jobs.
- Schedule jobs by due dates indicated or as requested by management.
- Call for copier maintenance when necessary and notify management.
- Send monthly copier usage log to vendor.
- Operate all copiers in accordance with equipment operating procedures.
- Perform maintenance per the guidelines on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Communicate with the other employees and/or the customer for a complete understanding of the copy order.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Perform troubleshooting with the equipment when necessary.
- Order and stock inventory and supplies per the direction of management.
Skills we are looking for: - An understanding of computers, printers, copiers, their functions, and processes.
- An aptitude for math and detail.
- Able to apply written instructions about machine set-up and maintenance.
- Able to package & box jobs for shipping
- Prepare Fedex Shipping Labels
- Comply with all OSHA safety requirements.
- Experience with PrintSmith a plus, but not required
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
