Scott Baily Enterprises, Inc., a locally owned and operated company since 1969, seeks to hire professional, motivated and skilled individuals to service our wide range of networked office systems. Your responsibility will be to install, network, repair, trouble shoot and diagnose failures, along with preforming other assigned activities. We offer hands on training! Compensation rates will depend on experience and capability.

Responsibilities and Duties

• In this role, you will be required to set up new systems, perform routine maintenance, and resolve technical issues
• You should be able to accurately diagnose faulty equipment and implement effective repairs
• Setting up and installing new printers, copiers, scanners, and copier management software
• Providing routine service and maintenance to copiers, scanners, printers, and fax machines
• Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning cartridges, printers, and copiers
• Managing orders and stock of new equipment, parts, and materials
• Providing excellent customer support and service.

Qualifications and Skills

• Working knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft, Apple and common network problems
• Networking experience preferred
• Must possess electrical/mechanical aptitude
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to travel locally on a daily basis to various customer sites.
• Ability to use appropriate technology for the position (i.e. handheld computer, phone, laptop).
• Ability to work independently at a customer site
• Must work well with customers and exhibit professional appearance and demeanor at all times
