The role emphasizes maximizing client engagement and delivering Truist’s full suite of products and capabilities. Additional responsibilities include internal client management duties as assigned by the manager and team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support new business development, due diligence, and transaction execution. Perform tasks under limited supervision, including drafting documents, executing transactions, and collaborating with clients, attorneys, investors, and senior professionals. Mentor Analysts or Interns and build cross-functional relationships within CIB. Handle additional internal client management duties as specified.
