We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Real Estate Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support multiple Corporate Real Estate work streams including Workplace Strategy, Portfolio Management, and Lease Administration. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion in supporting a data driven Corporate Real Estate culture. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to and impact all aspects of the Corporate Real Estate lifecycle for the largest food service provider in North America.
A genuine interest in applying and enhancing a data driven culture in Workplace and Portfolio Management Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Data Science or a related field. Demonstrated capability to develop proficiency in, and manage, systems such as Access Control, Security Camera, and IWMS platforms. Ability to work with large, complex data sets to develop meaningful insights and operational efficiencies Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Works effectively with others and delivers quality results. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with extensive expertise in Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
2-4 years of experience in corporate real estate, workplace strategy, portfolio management, or lease administration. Proficiency with real estate management or workplace management software Skilled in Microsoft PowerBI, SQL, and data management tools. Knowledge of corporate real estate market trends and workplace best practice Professional certifications such as MCR (Master of Corporate Real Estate) or QPCR (Qualified Professional of Corporate Real Estate).
