Job Description

Courier Driver (Independent Contractor) Dash Courier & Logistics is seeking independent contractor Courier Drivers to support major medical facilities and other industries with same‑day, often life‑saving deliveries. You will use a suitable vehicle—including a late‑model car, SUV, minivan, small cargo van, regular cargo van, or Sprinter van—to deliver packages on demand throughout the area. Work is primarily on‑demand, with occasional scheduled and routed assignments when requested by primary customers. The company operates 24/7/365, and we are onboarding drivers available for any shift— specifically those with open availability (8+ hours/day) . Consistent availability and careful attention to detail are key to success, and client‑specific instructions will be provided to meet every customer requirement. Requirements Valid Driver's License (Required) Social Security Card or Proof of Citizenship (Required) Current, up‑to‑date Vehicle Registration for the vehicle you will be driving (Required) Current Vehicle Insurance Declaration Page showing minimum auto policy liability limits of $100K/$300K/$50K per accident (Required) Newer smartphone with GPS capability (Required) Must have a good MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) and pass a background check performed by a third party (Required) Experience in same‑day, local, and long‑distance delivery (Preferred) Applicants must be 21 years of age or older. Individuals with diverse life/work experiences— including actual courier experience, patient services, commercial/industrial, airport recovery/tendering—are preferred. A professional appearance and attitude are required. Retirees and those re‑entering the workforce are encouraged to apply. Hours and Pay All hours (24/7/365). Expected hours: 10–40 hours per week. Pay range: $42,663.00 – $51,141.00 per year (salary may vary based on completed jobs).
