Boston Medical Center Health System (BMCHS) Marketing and Communications department is seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead and oversee the creative strategy for our system. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the position oversees all creative strategy and execution across the system. The Creative Director will lead the in-house creative team, which acts as an internal agency, as well as manage external agency and vendor relationships. The primary responsibilities are brand activation and system integration, brand policies/review, system/entity/service line creative requests, and internal system creative. The Creative Director will be highly collaborative, working across the organization and cross functionally to deliver against objectives. They will use a data driven, coordinated approach to deliver modern, best-in-class creative with flawless execution locally and nationally. This position requires a creative leader with a deep understanding of healthcare or relevant industry marketing, an eye and vision for design, and the ability to inspire a team of creatives. This is a hands-on role ideal for a creative leader who is not only able to guide and inspire the team, but also can actively engage and produce creative work.
