Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies: Leverage a variety of channels, including online platforms, industry events, social media, and networking to identify and attract top creative talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline: Screen, interview, and assess candidates, ensuring they meet the specific requirements and cultural fit for each role.
  • Develop engaging candidate experiences: Craft compelling job descriptions, manage the interview process, and provide clear communication throughout the candidate journey.
  • Promote our employer brand: Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to showcase our company culture, values, and opportunities to attract the best talent.
  • Manage the recruiting process: Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), track candidate progress, and provide regular updates to hiring managers.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices: Actively research and incorporate innovative recruiting techniques and technologies.
  • Collaborate with the team: Work effectively with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR, and other recruiters.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in creative recruitment: Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting creative talent across various disciplines (e.g., design, marketing, advertising, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of the creative industry: Familiarity with relevant platforms, tools, and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Able to build rapport, engage with candidates, and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools: Experience using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant sourcing tools.
  • Passion for creativity and a drive to find top talent: A genuine interest in the creative industry and a desire to contribute to the success of our team.
