Starting Pay for adults - $11 to $14 an hour based on experience & availability. Positions are available all around the Dayton area with great advancement opportunities.

As a Crew Person, you may be responsible for:
* Greeting customers with a smile
* Taking accurate food orders
* Food Preparation of all of McDonald's World Famous food including cooking, frying, and grilling
* Partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift
* Cleaning the Restaurant
* Stocking to ensure items are available and ready when needed
