Customer Care Representative

📍  Rolling Meadows, IL – Corporate Headquarters

🕒  Full-Time | Entry Level

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to support our B2B clients through phone, email, fax, and live chat. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving problems, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone (40+ calls/day), email, fax, and chat.
• Accurately enter orders and respond to quote requests, product questions, and order updates.
• Take full ownership of customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Provide shipment tracking, pricing information, and return processing support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support sales teams and internal departments.
• Maintain and update customer account information in CRM and ERP systems.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of customer service experience (office or retail)
• Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry, system navigation)
• Professional phone handling experience (call center, office, or retail leadership)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce, ERP/CRM systems
• Experience in account management or sales support
• Prior call center or resolution-focused customer service experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
