Do It Yourself Rental and Sales in Jacksonville, FL is looking for one customer service/delivery driver to join our 13 person strong team. We are located on 11439 San Jose Blvd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.

Reports to:

Management/Office Staff

Job Overview:

Provide timely, SAFE delivery of equipment, tools, and concrete to customers in various locations. Keeping a good line of communication with office and customer of whereabouts and ETA’s. When not driving, helping provide customer service and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Provide SAFE delivery of designated equipment, tools, and concrete.

· Provide great customer service by communicating with customers and ETA, and confirming delivery information.

· Provide knowledge of equipment and tools to help customers understand how to operate machinery being delivered.

· Communicate with office personnel so we can maintain the highest level of efficiency.

· Maintain a clean vehicle and help with maintenance on delivery vehicles and trailers.

· Make management aware of any unsafe vehicle or trailer issues immediately.

· Pick up parts and fill fuel as directed.

· When not driving, help service customers and machines.

Qualifications:

· Excellent customer service skills.

· High level of problem-solving skills.

· Maintain a clean driving record.

· Ability to maintain a presentable work appearance.
