Job Description:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, with 10+ Years of experience in a related field.
• They are looking for a Data Governance Specialist with hands-on experience in Collibra to help manage and improve our data governance processes. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure our data is accurate, well-documented, secure, and aligned with business policies and compliance standards.
• Implement and maintain data governance policies and frameworks using Collibra .
• Collaborate with data stewards, analysts, and business users to define data standards and ownership.
• Set up and manage data domains, glossaries, and workflows in Collibra.
• Monitor data quality and resolve data issues in coordination with stakeholders.
• Ensure data compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Provide user training and support on data governance tools and best practices.
• 3+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or data quality roles.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Collibra Data Governance Center.
• Understanding of data catalogs, data lineage, metadata management, and data stewardship.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
