Citi Market Operations and Operations Technology is evolving to implement a target operating model, focusing on people development and operational simplification. The Equity Swaps Middle Office supports the Delta One Business within Prime Finance Middle Office, managing Prime Swap clients and providing trade processing support. The role is the main contact for operational queries, managing cashflow lifecycle, affirmation economics, and exception handling to improve settlement rates. Responsibilities include client support, trade activity management, process improvement, reducing manual touchpoints, contributing to change projects, risk monitoring, leadership, and infrastructure development. Candidates should have operational expertise in settlements, lifecycle management, reconciliations, trade support, and corporate actions, with product knowledge in Cash Equity and Equity Swaps. Strong client presentation, innovation, business liaison skills, and 1-3 years related experience are preferred. Qualifications include relevant degree or equivalent experience, client service experience, strong communication, risk management mindset, problem-solving skills, and trust-building ability. Corporate actions experience is a plus.
