***Pay rate depends on experience and capabilities ($17/hr - $20/hr).

We are seeking a Detail Cleaner to join our team! The Detail Cleaner is responsible for executing the contract compliance for designated building maintenance services. Employee must possess ability to review the client contract and ensure that contract expectations have been met.

Essential Functions:

• Service and supply restrooms if needed
• Gather and empty trash from offices
• Dust and wipe down horizontal surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch points
• Perform detailed spot cleaning of walls, doors, and entry glass
• Sweep, mop, and detail vacuum offices, corridors, and common areas
• Restock cleaning supplies in janitorial closets and report low inventory to supervisors
• Other duties as necessary

Requirements

• Fluent English written and spoken skills (Spanish and Portuguese highly preferred as additional).

• High School diploma required or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry.
• Highly detail-oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments.

• Positive and outgoing personality; great at building relationships.

• Must have reliable transportation with an active driver's license and auto insurance.
• Must be comfortable using a smartphone and Outlook email.

Physical Demands

The physical demands are representative of requirements that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Constant sitting, bending, standing, and walking. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
