This is a remote position.

Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop execute and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is critical in driving brand awareness lead generation and customer engagement through data-informed strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of digital marketing tools analytics and emerging trends with a proven ability to deliver measurable growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure consistent high-impact messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across email social media SEO/SEM and paid advertising platforms
  • Monitor analyze and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager and CRM systems
  • Optimize digital content and landing pages for conversion rate improvement and user experience
  • Manage and grow email marketing campaigns including segmentation automation and A/B testing
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and inform strategy
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce compelling on-brand digital assets
  • Stay up to date with industry trends platform updates and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing with proven success in campaign management and performance optimization
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics Google Ads Meta Ads email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp HubSpot) and SEO tools
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus
  • Experience with Framer is a plus
  • Experience with AI and automation tool such as Make and Zapier is a plus.
