Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

A prominent philanthropist and venture investor is assembling a dynamic and innovative team. We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple projects effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in digital marketing, with a proven track record of at least two years of hands-on experience. You will play a key role in shaping and executing strategies while being prepared to take on tasks outside of your usual scope when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage various digital marketing projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Develop and execute strategies for SEO, social media (especially LinkedIn and Facebook), and web design.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Google Suites to create engaging content and campaigns.
- Contribute to the design and optimization of the company’s digital presence.
- Adapt and pivot strategies based on evolving project needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing/graphic design or a related discipline.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Suites.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices.
- Experience in social media strategy and content creation, particularly on LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Knowledge of web design principles and the ability to work with web platforms.

Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $40 - $80, depending on experience.
- Time Commitment: Part or full time flexible arrangement available
