We're hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our core digital channels. This role will manage email and SMS campaigns, support our loyalty and rewards program, maintain website performance, and assist with CRM and customer list management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and confident navigating tools and systems in a regulated market. You'll collaborate closely with our Content Marketing Specialist and Graphic Designer to execute campaigns that drive engagement and growth across both B2C and B2B audiences in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Required Skills

• Minimum age of 21 years  
\n
• 3-5 years experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce role
\n
• Proficiency with Klaviyo (email + SMS)
\n
• Familiarity with HubSpot for CRM for D2C & B2B communications
\n
• Experience managing subscriber lists, tagging, segmentation, and compliance
\n
• Proficiency with remarketing and retargeting strategies
\n
• Expertise creating automations and defining and executing the customer journey
\n
• Familiarity with WordPress (website maintenance, content updates, light optimization)
\n
• Experience with GMB, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, GA4, UTM parameters, and performance reporting
\n
• Experience managing and optimizing SEO, SEM and paid digitial media campaigns
\n
• Strong organizational and project management skills
\n
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills

• Experience in the cannabis or another regulated industry a plus
\n
• BA in Marketing or Digital Marketing 
\n
• Experience with CRM tools
\n
• Experience with customer rewards or loyalty programs
\n
• Deep Understanding of SEO, digital, web and CRM performance optimization principles
\n
• Knowledge of compliance requirements for email/SMS marketing
\n
