Director of Product Management

Here's how you'll become a key player with this opportunity:

You’ll take the lead in shaping and executing the vision for the Customer Experience Platform, which includes restaurant-focused software and omnichannel systems. Working closely with leaders across design, operations, and engineering, you’ll guide a critical area of growth and transformation.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:

• Lead and motivate a team of Product Managers and their cross-functional squads
• Establish product vision and strategy that aligns with broader business goals
• Understand user pain points and advocate for improvements that enhance experience
• Set annual OKRs and align roadmaps to ensure consistent progress
• Partner with Design, Engineering, and Ops to ensure roadmap execution success
• Define and uphold domain-specific processes and standards across stakeholder teams
• Communicate vision, strategy, and key initiatives to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with customer-facing and GTM teams to enhance end-user experience

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:

• 7+ years in software Product Management across front-end and back-end
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams
• Background in B2B or B2B2C product environments, ideally serving small and midsize businesses
• Experience delivering complete product lifecycles and integrated user experiences
• Deep understanding of core product management methodologies and best practices
• Ability to drive product vision while balancing business, user, and technical needs
• Demonstrated success working with Engineering and Product Design peers
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team motivation skills

Here’s what else might help you out:

• SaaS background
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant operations
• Familiarity with in-store technology such as kiosks or point-of-sale systems
• Exposure to innovation and digital transformation environments

Pay Range:

$200,000 - $240,000 annually
