Your Impact We seek a Director of Product, Fashion & Luxury Group to lead product management and strategy for our iconic brands, including ELLE, Harper's BAZAAR , and Esquire . As a senior leader, you will shape the future of fashion and luxury content experiences, aligning with company goals to deliver world-class digital products. Reporting to the Vice President of Product, US and Global Brands, this role requires vision, execution, collaboration, and team leadership. You will champion AI-driven solutions to foster innovation and sustainable growth across these trend-setting brands. Responsibilities Define and communicate a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and the needs of our luxury fashion brands. Partner with senior stakeholders across editorial, business, and technology teams to launch and improve digital products. Monitor product performance and refine strategies using data-driven insights. Lead and motivate a cross-functional team of engineers and designers to achieve ambitious goals. Ensure exceptional UX/UI design that resonates with the luxury audience. Promote AI-driven technology to enhance engagement, personalization, and workflow efficiency. Manage vendor relationships to meet innovative needs. Collaborate with design, development, and other departments to create seamless digital experiences. Maintain high standards of usability, functionality, and design in an Agile environment. Qualifications 10+ years in digital product management, preferably in media, fashion, or luxury sectors. Strong design sensibility and UX/UI expertise; advocate for user-focused solutions. Deep understanding of premium content audiences and engagement strategies. Experience managing product lifecycle from ideation to iteration. Proven ability to work collaboratively in complex organizational structures. Technical curiosity, especially regarding emerging AI technologies. Data-driven decision-making skills. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees are a plus. Passion for digital trends in luxury, fashion, and editorial content.
