About the job Dispatcher/Customer Service Job Description: Sweve Tech LTD is a leading technology company based in Dallas, Texas. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Dispatcher/Customer Service. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. As a Dispatcher/Customer Service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include dispatching technicians to customer locations, managing service requests, and providing exceptional customer service. • Receive and prioritize service requests from customers via phone, email, or online platforms
• Dispatch technicians to customer locations based on urgency and availability
• Monitor and track technician progress to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on service status and address any concerns or issues
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, technician schedules, and customer interactions
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex service issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or dispatching role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
• Knowledge of technical terminology and experience in the technology industry is a plus
