About the Role
Do you love dogs? Are you passionate about providing top-notch care in a fun and safe environment? We're looking for dedicated Pet Services Attendants to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the well-being, safety, and happiness of the dogs in our daycare and boarding facility while delivering services selected by pet parents.
If you have a strong work ethic, a patient and caring attitude, and a willingness to learn, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Pay is hourly and based on experience.
What You'll Do
Supervise and engage with dogs in our daycare and boarding facility, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and happy.
Monitor playgroups to encourage positive socialization and step in when needed to maintain a safe environment.
Provide food and water according to dietary instructions and ensure a clean, hygienic space.
Keep all areas of the facility—including play yards, holding areas, and common spaces—clean and sanitized.
Accurately update and manage information using PetExec & Slack for smooth communication between team members.
Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe space for both dogs and staff.
Work collaboratively with your team to foster a positive, professional, and fun work atmosphere.
Perform other duties as needed to keep our facility running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
A love for dogs and a willingness to learn about dog behavior, body language, and care.
Confidence in handling dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a compassionate approach to both pets and pet parents.
Physical stamina—you'll be on your feet, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the day.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Previous experience working with dogs in a professional setting is a plus, but not required!
