SMH invites you to join our dynamic team as an entry-level Civil Engineer in our Manhattan, Kansas office. What You'll Do:

As an entry-level Civil Engineer, you'll work alongside experienced professionals on diverse projects such as:

• Designing streets, drainage systems, water and sewer infrastructure, and stormwater management solutions
• Analyzing and interpreting topographic surveys from field data
• Collaborating with field surveyors to ensure seamless data collection and project execution

What We're Looking For :

We're seeking motivated individuals who are eager to grow and make a difference. The candidate must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and have a valid driver’s license .

• Educational background or practical experience in engineering designs
• Ability to obtain Intern Engineer status by passing the FE exam within 6 months of employment
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and other Autodesk design tools (academic or professional experience welcome!)
• Previous internship experience is a plus.
