Location: Dallas, TX Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $40,750 - $49,860 per year Receptionist Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the communications field. As a vital member of our organization, the Entry Level Communications Agent will be responsible for facilitating effective communication both internally and externally. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies that enhance company visibility and reputation.
• Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communications materials, including memos, newsletters, and press releases.
• Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to boost community interaction and promote company initiatives.
• Support event planning and coordination, ensuring successful execution of company-sponsored events and initiatives.
• Conduct research to gather information and insights for communication campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to develop creative content for marketing materials and advertisements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse groups.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Basic understanding of communication strategies and public relations principles.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
