Description We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our growing team. In this entry-level role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while supporting our communications department. You will play a crucial role in helping create engaging content, managing social media accounts, and assisting with public relations efforts.
Key Responsibilities - Assist in creating and distributing press releases and media materials.
- Support the management of social media platforms, including content creation and scheduling.
- Help organize and coordinate internal and external communications events.
- Update and maintain the company website and blog with fresh and relevant content.
- Conduct research to identify trends, news, and opportunities for stories and campaigns.
- Assist in monitoring media coverage and compiling reports on communications activities.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
