• The Micro Lab Technician will complete day to day various Microbiological testing duties for the Quality Control (QC) Department.
• Microbiological reading and planning of finished goods, raw material, culture swabbing.
• Perform laboratory solution and media preparation.
• Process and analyze paperwork for QC functions.
• Administrate raw material micro testing program.
• Perform water sample collection and analysis for analytical results.
• Perform data entry.
• Perform incoming inspections of carriers, ingredients and packaging materials.
• Adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product received, stored and distributed.
• Ensure that all paperwork is properly documented and stored.
• Identification testing by HPTLC/ HPLC
• Must possess excellent writing skills and the ability to work well with others.

• The Chemistry Lab Technician will complete day to day Chemistry testing duties for the Quality Control (QC) Department.
• Adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product received, stored and distributed.
• Perform analysis of raw materials and finished goods using chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of various equipment
• Ensure effective laboratory practices on a daily basis
• Support the development of test methods, protocols, and technical support
• Complete tests using Karl Fisher, FTIR, UV-VIS, , GC, HPLC and TOC
• Perform Raw Material testing according to USP, EP, JP, and FCC methods
• Experience in running Empower Software
• Experience in operating and troubleshooting Agilent Technology GC/HPLC
• Wet chemistry testing: titrations, viscosity, pH, melting point, freezing point, reflux, assays, and identification tests
• Train in completing investigations of OOS, OOT, deviations, and CAPAs
