Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Salary: $26 to $33 per hour

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Marketing Associate to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, conducting market research, and assisting with promotional activities. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing while contributing to the company’s growth. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Help create promotional materials, advertisements, and marketing presentations.
• Coordinate marketing events, product launches, and customer outreach initiatives.
• Support the sales team with marketing collateral and customer insights.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain organized records of marketing activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
