Job Description
LHH is looking for an Entry-Level Legal Paralegal for a law firm in Glendale, WI. They are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated person and this is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or those passionate about law to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and edit legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
Conduct legal research and compile case law, statutes, and regulations.
Manage and organize legal files, records, and case management databases.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and depositions.
File legal documents with courts and regulatory agencies.
Assist with discovery processes, including reviewing and summarizing materials.
Support trial preparation by creating exhibits and organizing witness lists.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional handling of confidential and sensitive information.
Prior legal internship or related experience is a plus but not required.

Hourly rate: $18/hr plus benefits!
