An ideal candidate will be a personable and strategic leader who wants to coach a team to have measurable results. The role of an Entry-level Sales Trainer will include: Assessing metrics in order to meet weekly sales goals. An interest in teaching and learning within the work environment. A sense of curiosity regarding new products. A problem solver who isn't afraid to ask questions. The ability to establish relationships with clients and customers. Qualifications ~1+ year of leadership experience ~ Bachelor's Degree preferred (High School Diploma accepted) ~ Self-motivated ~ Strong relationship-building skills ~ Excellent verbal and written communication ~ The ability to delegate tasks ~ Work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as a team Additional Information The Entry-level Sales Trainer will receive comprehensive on-site training from an experienced Assistant Director to ensure they acquire a deep understanding of each aspect of the business, enabling their optimal success during the training period.
