Job Description Summary:
The manager/coach will be responsible for building, implementing and growing a regionally recognized Blinn College eSports program. The manager/coach will administer all aspects of the eSports program, including but not limited to: recruiting, designing practice plans, conducting practices, scheduling of contests, preparing for competition, maintaining uniforms and equipment, managing budget, supervising assistants (part-time, volunteer, or student).
