We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Estate & Trust Manager for our Mortgage industry team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional who thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Estate & Trust Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Managing and overseeing all aspects of estate and trust administration, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
2. Collaborating with wealth management advisors to create comprehensive estate plans that meet the needs of our clients.
3. Reviewing and interpreting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
4. Assisting with the preparation of estate tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns.
5. Navigating complex financial situations and providing expert guidance to clients regarding their estate and trust matters.
6. Providing exceptional customer service, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and fostering a culture of trust and integrity.
7. Overseeing the distribution of assets and resolution of estate and trust matters in a timely and efficient manner.
8. Keeping abreast of current industry trends, changes in tax laws, and best practices in estate and trust management.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Estate & Trust Manager position possesses the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate and trust management or a related field.
2. A strong understanding of wealth management principles and strategies.
3. Exceptional knowledge of estate and trust laws, regulations, and procedures.
4. Proven experience in managing complex financial situations and providing expert estate and trust guidance.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
6. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
7. The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
8. Proficiency in using estate and trust management software and tools.
9. A bachelor's degree in finance, law, or a related field is preferred. Advanced certifications in estate and trust management are a plus.
