We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our new luxury studio at WSA, NYC. This space will be the home of Cynthia’s highly recognized treatment approach, alongside some new offerings that will elevate the core principles of skincare.

As an Esthetician at Cynthia Rivas Skin Care, you’ll join a passionate team dedicated to advancing the skincare experience. By combining traditional treatments with cutting-edge technology, we set a new standard for results-driven care.

Work-Life Balance

Our scheduling approach ensures you have the time to excel professionally while enjoying personal fulfillment.

• 4-day workweeks with 3 consecutive days off—always including 1 weekend day. (Example Off Days: Thursday,Friday,Saturday or Sunday,Monday,Tuesday)

Compensation

• Base Salary: $25/hr (Full Time)

• Additional Earnings: Commission on treatments, product sales, and tips offer exciting earning potential beyond the base salary to surpass $100K+.

• Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses tied to sales, client satisfaction, and team contributions.

Deliver Luxury Treatments  

• Perform personalized facials and advanced skincare services, including microcurrent, peels, dermaplaning, and more.

Comprehensive Skin Analysis

• Create tailored treatment plans addressing both immediate and long-term goals.

Client Experience :

• Provide a seamless, 5-star experience with the highest standards of luxury service.
• Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business.

Product Expertise & Sales

• Use in-depth product knowledge to recommend and sell skincare products, meeting sales targets.

Hygiene & Maintenance

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas.

Inventory Management  

• Track inventory and recommend product orders to ensure optimal stock levels.

Sales & Event Participation

• Support studio events to boost brand awareness and foster customer loyalty.

Administrative Support

• Assist with client check-in/out, order fulfillment, and other front-of-house tasks.
  

Licensing

• Valid NYS Esthetics License required.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year in a spa or medical office setting.

Sales & Customer Service

• Proven ability to meet retail sales goals and deliver exceptional service to high-end clientele.

Availability

• Must be available to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and holidays as needed.

Professionalism & Discretion

• Ability to engage with a diverse clientele professionally and confidently.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with POS systems and client management tools.
