• Plan and execute a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals and requirements.
• Research, negotiate, and contract with vendors, suppliers, and venues.
• Develop event timelines and project plans to ensure all events are delivered on time and within budget.
• Create promotional materials and manage marketing initiatives to bolster event attendance.
• Oversee event logistics, including catering, transportation, and audio-visual needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning or management, with a portfolio of successful events.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
