Position: Event Promoter
Shugarman’s Bath is searching for an Event Promoter to assist with events in San Diego, in places such as Home Shows and Fairs. This position is the "face"of our company. You will engage with prospects at events and set appointments for our Design Consultant to give FREE In-Home Consultations to replace their bathtubs and showers.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone that enjoys interacting with people and wants to gain more experience in sales. If you have strong customer service skills and believe in your sales potential, you have a chance to make a lot of money!

What You’ll Do:
Engage with attendees and customers at our company booths throughout events and shows in San Diego.
Answer any questions about our bath remodel process— don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything!
Provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet company quotas and objectives.
Book appointments for customers to meet with our design team.
Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.

This Job Is Perfect For You, If:
You are comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
You are committed to providing the highest level of customer service
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You are Punctual, reliable, with a desire to learn and grow with a growing business
You have weekend availability
You have reliable transportation and can drive to the home shows/events
You have a valid driver's license
You are ok working outdoors and indoors, such as fairgrounds, home expos and various locations
You are okay with being on your feet during prolonged periods
You are able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. This could involve tasks such as moving event materials or assisting with physical event arrangements
What You Should Know:
Schedule: Varies; typically 8-hour shifts on weekends, sometimes weekdays.
Employment Type: Part-Time
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $20 per hour
Bonus Opportunities: Earn an additional $500 - $1,500 or more per week for appointments booked!
Potential Earnings: With bonuses, you could achieve six-figure income. For example, scheduling 3 appointments per day could lead to over $100k annually.
Mileage Reimbursement: Available
401k: Eligible to participate in the company 401(k) after 90 days.
Note:
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in sales and customer service is preferred
