Junior Campaign Associate

About the Role:

We are a dynamic company that specializing in delivering exceptional minor sales events across a variety of venues around Dallas. We pride ourselves on creating memorable experiences for our clients and are looking for highly motivated, organized, and passionate Event Sales Assistants to join our growing team.

Successful applicants must be enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals that can support our sales and event coordination efforts. This role involves assisting with the sales process, managing client communications, preparing proposals, and ensuring the smooth execution of events from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for events and excellent organizational skills.

No prior experience is necessary. We offer full hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out sales transactions and perform client outreach, and follow-ups
• Communicate with clients to understand their responses and expectations
• Assist with managing event logistics and vendor coordination
• Assist with event marketing initiatives and outreaches
• Handle inquiries and respond to client requests in a professional manner
• Assist in preparing reports and tracking sales performance
