As a business coach you will be supporting and guiding our business owners and leaders in achieving their goals, improving performance, and overcoming challenges. The role focuses on helping our business owners develop their skills, set strategies, and build a successful business by offering insights and accountability.

Goal Setting and Strategic Planning:
Working with our business owners to define clear business goals, develop actionable strategies, and create a roadmap for achieving those goals.
Performance Improvement:
Identifying areas for improvement within the business, analyzing strengths and weaknesses, and developing plans to optimize operations and increase profitability.
Leadership Development:
Assisting our business owners in developing their leadership skills, enhancing their management practices, and fostering a positive work environment.
Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution:
Helping our business owners navigate challenges, resolve conflicts, and find creative solutions to overcome obstacles.
Accountability and Motivation:
Providing support, guidance, and accountability to keep our business owners on track and motivated to achieve their goals.
Networking and Referrals:
Building a network of contacts and resources to support our business owners and make appropriate referrals when necessary.
Continuous Learning and Improvement:
Staying current with industry trends, best practices, and new coaching techniques to enhance business owners outcomes.
Key Skills:
Strong Communication and Listening Skills:
Effectively communicating with clients, actively listening to their needs, and providing feedback in a supportive and constructive manner.
Expert Knowledge of Business Practices:
Must have or be willing to obtain property and casualty license, Life and Health license and series 6 license. Also proficient in excel and a strong computer background.
Leadership and Management Skills:
Possessing strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate others.
Adaptability and Flexibility:
Adjusting coaching strategies and approaches based on the specific needs of each client.
