JOB SUMMARY

The Executive Director of Organizational Development is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and is accountable for the organization's growth and transformation by implementing comprehensive leadership development, strategic planning, and comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) throughout the organization. This position is instrumental in developing the organization's culture, advancing its DEI initiatives, and cultivating leadership excellence at all levels.

The Executive Director will drive the organization's development tools including achieving and maintaining a Great Place to Work certification. The candidate will also organize impactful events and retreats and drive programs like the KeyMakers Leadership Development Program. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about establishing a workplace that is innovative and inclusive and that fosters the success of both the individual and the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leadership Development: Oversee the KeyMakers Leadership Development Program to cultivate leadership across all levels of the organization. Design and implement leadership training, mentoring, and coaching initiatives that align with business goals. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify leadership competencies and develop pathways for succession planning. Collaborate with senior leaders to design, implement, and oversee the organization's internal strategic planning processes, including tools such as Dynamic Strategies, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities. Facilitate regular strategy sessions with leadership teams to identify key objectives, set measurable targets, and establish actionable plans that drive organizational success. Lead the development and maintenance of dynamic strategic frameworks, ensuring they are adaptable to evolving organizational needs and external market conditions. Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior executives, providing guidance on the integration of strategic initiatives across departments to enhance organizational cohesion and performance. Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and recommend adjustments to strategic priorities as needed. Conferences & Meetings:

Plan and execute internal conferences, meetings, and other forums to engage employees across the affiliate on critical organizational initiatives. Ensure these events foster collaboration, innovation, and alignment with the organization's mission and goals. Retreat Planning for Executive and Program Leadership:

Lead the design, planning, and execution of retreats for the Executive Leadership Team and Program Leadership, ensuring that these events support strategic planning, team building, and organizational growth. Facilitate discussions during retreats to create actionable outcomes and foster leadership cohesion. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Initiatives:

Develop and champion initiatives to enhance DEI across the organization, working closely with the leadership and HR teams. Serve as a strategic advisor to ensure that DEI principles are embedded into organizational practices, policies, and leadership development programs. Great Place to Work (GPTW) Certification:

Lead the planning, implementation, and follow-up actions for the GPTW certification to measure and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Analyze survey results, collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement areas, and develop initiatives to strengthen workplace culture. Additional Organizational Development Responsibilities: Lead organization-wide change management initiatives and ensure their alignment with strategic goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster an innovative, collaborative, and results-driven culture. Provide oversight and thought leadership on projects and programs that foster organizational excellence and employee engagement. Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Education (with a focus on Adult Learning and Development), or a related field required. Five years of Organizational Development progressive experience required; ten year preferred. Experience with CARF and other accreditation bodies required. Operational experience in organizations working with the underserved highly preferred. Ability to effectively collaborate and facilitate change, interfacing with all levels of the organization and managing multiple projects over multiple states. Solid problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of the organization's business drivers. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and Office products. Excellent written, verbal and platform communication skills. Bilingual in any language a plus PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Operating office equipment that requires continuous or repetitive hand/arm movements. The ability to remain in a sitting position for extended periods of time
