As an Executive Producer, you’ll own the entire content production process for multiple clients, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality video podcasts. If you’re a proactive leader who thrives on accountability, organization, and collaboration, this is the role for you!

📍 This position is open to candidates currently residing in Orlando, Florida. Candidates must live within commuting distance to Winter Garden, as this is an on-site role.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee Content Production: Manage all stages from pre-production planning to post-production review, ensuring content meets client goals.
• Project Management: Lead multiple projects, coordinating resources and timelines to deliver top-tier content.
• Creative Direction & Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to shape content strategy, episode formats, and creative direction.
• Team Coordination: Work with internal teams and freelancers (Lancers) to ensure smooth execution and deliver exceptional results.
• Client Communication & Reporting: Update clients on project progress, provide insights on performance, and present data to demonstrate business impact.
• Performance Optimization: Use audience data and performance metrics to refine content and processes for continuous improvement.
