Description As an Executive Protection Agent for Blue Raven Inc., your primary responsibility will be to provide discreet and professional personal protection to high-profile clients, ensuring their safety in all environments. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing protective operations, including threat assessments, route planning, and applying real-time situational awareness, all while maintaining a low profile. This is a dynamic and highly demanding role that requires quick thinking, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Personal Protection: Safeguard the client from potential threats by maintaining situational awareness and utilizing proactive measures to mitigate risks. Threat Assessments: Conduct detailed threat assessments and advance planning to identify and minimize potential dangers in various environments, including public appearances, events, and private settings. Route Planning: Develop and execute safe and efficient travel routes to minimize exposure to threats during client movements. Surveillance and Counter-Surveillance: Monitor surroundings for suspicious activity and maintain vigilant awareness during all client interactions. Respond swiftly and appropriately to any detected threats. Emergency Response: Provide immediate response to security threats and medical emergencies. Coordinate with local authorities and emergency personnel as needed. Client Interaction: Build and maintain a professional relationship with clients, ensuring clear and open communication at all times. Provide courteous, respectful service while maintaining discretion and confidentiality. Team Coordination: Work with other agents and security professionals to develop cohesive protection strategies, ensuring the safety of all parties involved. Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations governing executive protection. Additional Duties: Advance work and site assessments. Travel and logistics coordination. Manage communications and protocols during high-risk scenarios. Document and report all incidents, movements, and protective measures. Qualifications Must have a valid Executive Protection License/Certification. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in executive protection, law enforcement, or military service. Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be technology literate, including proficiency in security software. Must be detail-oriented, with the ability to write comprehensive reports. Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license. Must be physically fit and capable of performing the demands of the job. Must be able to travel extensively, including weekends and holidays, as required by the client’s needs. Must be proficient in English (Level 3) and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Skills Strong risk assessment and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate under high-pressure situations. Knowledge of defensive and evasive driving tactics. Ability to work independently or within a team environment. Must be highly adaptable and able to maintain professionalism in high-stress situations.
