About the Role:
Our innovative neuroscience disease area is looking for a data scientist or computational biologist, based at our San Diego site, with expertise in biomarker data analysis. This key role will join a team developing novel approaches in genetic medicine to tackle medical challenges and improve patient outcomes. The successful candidate should be able to integrate, analyze, and interpret large biomedical datasets using various computational tools.

The salary for the Senior Expert I position is expected to range between $119,000 and $222,000 per year.
The salary for the Senior Expert II position is expected to range between $132,000 and $245,000 per year.
The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors.
Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
