Critical Operations Manager - Data Center

The Role:

As Critical Operations Manager, you'll lead and mentor site teams while maintaining mission-critical data center infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, and fire/life safety systems. You'll be responsible for maintaining 100% uptime while driving operational excellence in Safety, Team Development, Availability, and Innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data center operations staff and manage site-level programs
• Drive operational excellence through preventative maintenance programs
• Manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets and project execution
• Create and review technical procedures for maintenance and emergency situations
• Oversee vendor relationships and service contracts
• Lead incident reporting and root cause analysis processes
• Manage a team of 4-12 direct reports

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of data center or mission-critical operations experience
• 3-5 years of facility preventative maintenance program management
• Expert knowledge of data center systems (UPS, CRAH, Chillers, etc.)
• Strong understanding of NFPA standards and compliance requirements
• Experience with CMS, EPMS, and BMS systems
