About the Role

We are seeking a Facility Operations Manager to oversee the daily operational activities of our healthcare facilities. In this role, you will ensure that all physical facilities, equipment, and operational processes run efficiently and effectively to support our clinical and administrative teams. Your strong organizational and leadership skills will contribute to a safe, compliant, and patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and functionality of all facility operations, including equipment, infrastructure, and utilities.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts, overseeing performance, and ensuring service quality.
  • Monitor and manage the facility’s operational budget, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with company goals.
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle emergency situations, such as equipment failures or safety hazards, with prompt and effective action.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
  • Lead and supervise facility support staff, providing training, guidance, and performance management.
  • Monitor inventory and procure necessary supplies for facility operations.

Requirements

  • EXCELLENT English language skills – written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facility operations, preferably in a healthcare or service-focused environment.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety protocols.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to handle operational challenges effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and staff.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to travel as required to support multiple facility locations, attend meetings, or oversee operations at different sites.

Additional Information

The expected base pay for this role will be between $50,000 - $60,000 per month at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Psychplus Health-sponsored benefits position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, and other PsychPlus-sponsored benefits.
