By joining us as a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data, assisting with forecasting, budgeting, and external reporting processes.

In this capacity, you will play a key role in coordinating financial reporting and preparing budgets across various departments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards. As a Financial Analyst, You Will:
  • Coordinate and assist with financial data reporting, including monthly actuals, profit review, and the quarterly President's Operating Report (POR).
  • Prepare and manage budgets for various departments, plants, and foreign business units, ensuring accurate monthly updates and variance analysis.
  • Analyze and reconcile accounts, perform freight reporting, and assist in the annual budget preparation process.
  • Post journal entries for financial reports, including freight, warranty, export sales, customer rebates, and accruals for MFG and SG&A budgets.
  • Collaborate with department contacts to communicate budget performance, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and provide instructions for month-end close processes.
  • Handle ad hoc reports, financial reviews, and process improvement initiatives as requested.

Who You Are:

You demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ensuring accurate financial forecasting and reporting (Manages Complexity). You are meticulous with details, ensuring precise account reconciliations and variance analyses (Ensures Accountability). Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Minimum of three years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle (Hyperion) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Willingness to work the night shift.
