Dedicated FP&A professional with 3 years of experience seeking an opportunity to leverage data analytics, storytelling, and collaborative skills in a dynamic Financial Planning & Analysis role. Work in office 1x weekly on Monday's!

Professional Experience :

• Analyzed performance trends and identified improvement opportunities by interpreting data and outcomes.
• Designed and developed financial models supporting operations leaders in decision-making.
• Established relationships across the company to facilitate effective decision-making and course corrections.
• Tracked and followed up on metric outcomes, pinpointing opportunities for change and threats to optimal performance.
• Recognized potential process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness, efficiency, and excellence.
• Worked extensively with software tools in labor management, scheduling, and supply chain.

Education, Skills, and Experience:

• BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, business administration, statistics, or another analytical discipline.
• 4+ years of full-time relevant business experience; retail experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Excel and BI tools such as Tableau.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with senior leadership.

Compensation: $73,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
