Freight Broker (Commission)
Remote | Full-Time

We are seeking experienced  Freight Brokers  with an active book of business to join our growing team. This role is ideal for driven professionals who want the freedom to manage their clients end-to-end while receiving full operational support. ACTIVE BOOK OF BUSINESS IS A MUST!

Responsibilities:

• Manage truckload and LTL shipments from start to finish
• Source, negotiate, and secure carriers for open loads
• Develop and maintain strong customer and carrier relationships
• Maximize profit margins through effective negotiations
• Bid on dedicated contract opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Freight Broker
• Must have an established/current book of business
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage accounts effectively

Schedule:  Full-Time | Remote

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year ( commissioned pay ONLY , so your choice how much you make )
