Spark By Hilton is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. We are located on 1005 W Washington Ctr Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Shift Hours are 7am-3pm, must be able to work Friday Saturday Sunday as needed.

 

*Responsibilities*

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Manage reservations and check-ins efficiently

- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately

- Assist with guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the facility

- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area

- Utilize computer systems for guest check-ins and reservations

- Assist with housekeeping tasks in keeping lobby area clean.

-Acknowledge guest concerns and resolve problems to guests’ satisfaction.

 

*Requirements*

- Proficiency in computer literacy, including knowledge of office software

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively

- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette

- Prior experience in front desk or office administration is beneficial

 

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
